Fall Training

Fall training will be a mix of drills and Covid-19 appropriate competition to prepare athletes for upcoming tryouts, run by Lockdown's coaching staff. 

Temperature checks will be done before entering the building. Face masks must be worn by athletes at all times. Only athletes will be permitted in the building, no spectators. 

The fall training program will be held at Mount St. Charles Academy in Woonsocket, RI on Sundays, October 4th through November 1st. The cost of the program will be $150 an athlete. Each session will be 1.5 hours, and will be broken up by age. Please refer to the age definitions document below before registering. Space is limited. All sessions will run from 9am-11am.​
