In 2023-24 Lockdown VBC will have 2-3 teams at each age group (National, Elite, Regional)

Practices begin the week after Thanksgiving.

National/Elite teams practice 3x/week (2 weeknight practices/1 weekend day practice)

Regional teams practice 2x/week

Practices are 1.5/2 hours long. 

Possible practice site/days/times- based on 2 or 3x week practices

           Sun,Mon,Tue,Wed,Th @Forekicks- between 430pm-930pm

           Mon @Mansfield Fieldhouse- between 5pm-9:30pm

           Th @Wheaton College Clark Center- between 5pm-10pm

           Sat @Wheaton College Clark Center- between 7am-1:30pm

Club wide positional trainings take place on Saturdays thru December.

Tournament play starts in January

The seasons generally ends by 2nd weekend of May.

All tournaments are on weekends

AAU Champions League is 3- One day tournaments and a 2 day Finals

Major tournaments are 2-3 days ( Sat/Sun; Fri-Sat; Sat-Mon)
